SUPPORT:
-------
Support for PAROLE Software doors and utilities is available via
several different avenues.
1) InterNet.
You may Email me at my InterNet address. I check for messages 3
to 4 times daily. Please include your CFG files in the body of the
message if you think there may be a problem with them.

2) BBS.
You may call The Parole Board BBS and leave a message in the PAROLE
Software conference. Please "ATTACH" your CFG file to the message.

The BBS has two active nodes and will ring down to the second line
should the first line be busy.
3) Fido/Netmail
I have a frontend running on both BBS nodes. You may send netmail
to my system. Please send your CFG file along with the message.
You *MUST* poll my system the next day to get your reply. I *DO
NOT* send crash mail back to your system. If you ask me to route
the reply back to you, I will.

4) FAX.

My voice number and FAX number is the same. The FAX will answer on
the 5th or 6th ring. I will switch it over to FAX if I hear the
FAX tone.
5) Voice.
In *EXTREME* circumstances, you may call me for voice support.
Programming is *NOT* my regular job. I only do it as a hobby and
as such, I *am not* on 24 hour standby.

Voice support hours.
Monday - Friday -> Voice support is *ONLY* available during the
hours of 4pm to 8pm EST. Do not call me
during the morning hours. DO NOT call me after
8pm unless you have made prior arrangements via
one of the other support avenues. I do not
offer support after 9:30pm EST under any
circumstances.
Saturday -> Support is only available during the hours of
1pm and 6pm EST.
Sunday -> None / NADA This is my day of rest and
relaxation. Please do not call on sunday, I
will not be able to assist you.
6) US Mail
Support is *NOT* available via the US Mail.

If you have never set up a door, please read your particular BBS
documentation. I do not have the time to help you in that matter. I
will only tell you to read the documentation. If you do not know how to
set up a door on your BBS, don't ask me for help.
Read the "ERROR.QB" file that is contained in all my door archives.
It will save you a lot of support problems.
NOTE: This document replaces any support information that may exist in
the door documentation. I will be updating the door
documentation and the doors themselves are updated.
